Job Description:                

*Know the goals, and help drive the MC team in achieving their goals.

*Assist the GM in developing the MC staff in all areas.

*Assist GM with corporate sales meetings.

*Schedule 5 membership appointments per club (10 per week).  The appointments are geared to assess their progress and up sale them into one of our PT programs.

*Call Members and promote any promotions we have going on.  Create call list through Compete for the MC’s to call each week.

*Handle all cancelations with an appointment, and try to save them.

*Assist Wellness Coordinator with corporate accounts to help drive memberships and PT clients to the gyms.

*Assist GM and FD with all inventory of office supplies, client folders, cleaning supplies, store products and proper documents for the MC office.

*Input daily stats, and send a weekly report to GM with a breakdown of stats and performances from staff.

*Assist GM with all Scheduling and Payroll each month.

*Assist GM with all meetings.



Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year in Sales
  • Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service
  • Communication skills
